[RFE] to change the display_name field in rhsm-conduit to be either the fqdn or hostname. 

Related issue:
Description of problem:
Once fqdn is not pushed or available, rhsm-conduit will populate display_name with the uuid and fqdn will be empty. However, we can see the fqdn in the customer portal as well.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register the server via customer portal
2. wait for the rhsm-conduit to collect the info and push to hbi
3. check on hbi

Actual results:
fqdn is none and display_name is equal the uuid

Expected results:
fqdn and display_name be the same fqdn as reported in the customer portal
