Context
The test test_tally_openshift.py::test_validate_tally_on_openshift_sockets[1] is failing in the stage environment and blocking the FEB2026 production release. This test creates openshift cluster with sockets and validates tally data via Tally API response.

• Investigate why the test is failing
• Identify root cause of the failure
• Fix the test or the underlying implementation as appropriate
• Ensure all related tests continue to pass
