Currently, there is no test that verifies remittance creation when a tally summary message is received via Kafka with a snapshot date that falls before a terminated contract's end date. This test is needed to ensure that valid historical usage data (within the contract's active period) is properly processed even after the contract has terminated.

Test creates a contract with termination date in the past.

Test sends tally snapshot with date before the contract termination date.

Test verifies remittance record is created.
