Context:  We need to update the version on the SDK so we can continue to receive updates and releases.

We received this email from AWS:

Our records indicate that you have one or more applications using the AWS SDK for Java 1.x on this account. On December 31, 2025, the AWS SDK for Java 1.x will reach end of support. After this date it will no longer receive updates or releases, including critical bugs or security updates. Previously published releases will continue to be available via Maven. The use of an SDK which has reached end-of-support is done at your discretion.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update the swatch services to use Java 2.x instead of 1.x
