The fixture method that extends the life of the long run test cluster is not working.

The fixture does not run at the start of the test. If it runs, the extension fails because the refresh token used in the OCM command is expired.

After new findings, the extension of the long run test clusters is no longer needed if they got the flag "Delete Protection" enabled.

Acceptance criteria:

• Find out if the cluster life extension is needed.
  • If so, find out why the fixture is not running.
    • Replace the value of the refresh token if needed
  • If not, evaluate the impacts of removing the fixture.
    • After the evaluation, if feasible, remove the fixture.
