      PO NOTE: Eventually need to do this, but we should upgrade to Java 21 before we do this.

      As a swatch developer I need the rhsm-subscriptions project to be updated to use spring boot 4 to keep the library up to date. 

      This task is to fix any issues preventing us from updating to spring boot v4. Currently the build is failing for the update.
