This card is to review the artifacts that came out of 
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MDMPRODUCT-6180 and to determine if the Entrance Criteria is ready in SWATCH-3989.

Acceptance Criteria

• Engage the Product Service team (slack #help-product-community) to find out their plans/timeline for moving from UMB to Kafka
• Confirm whether the new messages coming from Kafka includes the billing data (this is related to the logic from here). If the new messages include the billing data, update the SWATCH-3898 with the necessary changes to process the new data.
• Update the SWATCH-3898 description with entrance criteria and schema/topic details
