After the creation of the test plan for swatch contracts we need to start implementing the tests.

This card focuses on the tests covering offering synchronization.

The following tests need to be implemented:

• offering-sync-TC001 - Synchronize offering from external product data
• offering-sync-TC002 - Handle synchronization of non-existent offering
• offering-sync-TC003 - Synchronize metered offering
• offering-sync-TC004 - Synchronize unlimited capacity offering

Acceptance criteria:

All 4 test cases (TC001-TC004) from the test plan are implemented and passing locally and in ephemeral environments.
