After the creation of the test plan for swatch contracts we need to start implementing the tests.

  This card focuses on the tests covering contract synchronization operations.

  The following tests need to be implemented:

  contracts-sync-TC001 - Sync contracts for a single organization
  contracts-sync-TC002 - Sync with delete contracts and subscriptions
  contracts-sync-TC003 - Sync all contracts across all organizations
  contracts-sync-TC004 - Sync when no contracts exist
  contracts-sync-TC005 - Sync subscriptions for contracts by org
  contracts-sync-TC006 - Clear all contracts for the organization

  Acceptance criteria:

  All 6 test cases (TC001-TC006) from the test plan are implemented and passing locally and in ephemeral environments.
