The primary goal of this task is to conduct research and determine which OpenShift identifier (cluster_uuid or cluster_id) is technically correct to include in the HBI data, ensuring it matches both monitoring data and OCM web links. 

Context

This task supports SWATCH-4154 which requires adding OCM ID to HBI event data for OCM clusters. We need to determine which OpenShift fact (cluster_uuid or cluster_id) should be used to match against observatorium data and create web links to OCM.

• Implementation of the OCM ID forwarding (handled in SWATCH-4154)
• Changes to rhsm-conduit forwarding logic
• HBI event schema modifications
