      The automated test that validates the monthly usage tally for RHEL Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions is failing again due to an unknown issue that requires investigation to determine if it's a regression of a previous fix or a new bug

      Investigate test_tally_openshift_payg.py::test_validate_tally_monthly_matched_system_table_payg[rhel-for-x86-els-payg] failure

      Context
      The test_validate_tally_monthly_matched_system_table_payg[rhel-for-x86-els-payg] test is failing again. This test was previously fixed in SWATCH-3603 for vCPU calculation precision issues, but appears to be experiencing new failures.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Investigate the current test failure and identify root cause
      • Determine if this is a regression of the previous fix or a new issue
      • Implement appropriate fix or test stabilization
      • Ensure test passes reliably in CI environment
