The purpose of this task is to intentionally change the performance data reported by the ROSA reference clusters to validate that the automated long-run monitoring test correctly identifies the irregularity and fails.

This task is to validate that if a change occurs in the metrics reported by the reference cluster that it breaks the test.

Acceptance Criteria: 

The long run cluster is scaled up and the long run test fails as a result.
The long run cluster is returned to original scaling after validating
