Important
The claim is that the Red Hat Hybrid Console is inaccurately reporting over subscription for RHEL for SAP customers because it is consuming one subscription per CPU socket instead of the correct rate of one subscription per socket pair.
Customer is describing the following issue:
observing that RHEL for SAP subscriptions for physical nodes are consuming 1 sub per socket, not one subscription per socket pair. This causes the subscription usage count being above the threshold line. If the subscription allocations were calculated by socket pairs (as advertised), they would be under the threshold line.
I am opening this to seek assistance in further investigating why this could be reporting inaccurately in console.redhat.com.
