Given that component tests should be validating functionality of each of the services. This research task is to develop a formal test plan for the stage environment after the component tests are done. 

The goal is to build a plan for what type of tests we actually want for tests are needed above & beyond the component tests (once all test plans for individual services are implemented). This test plan is for what we expect to be needed in the IQE tests after the component testing is fully implemented
