Acceptance Criteria

• Dev and QE review the PR
• Validate that the corresponding hbi changes are available in stage
• Validation plan for providing performance benchmark
• If a gap in test coverage exists for this area, a card is created in the backlog to add some.
• Compare nightly tally timing against pre-change and post-change
