Adding the ephemeral Only Marker to tests to help stabilize them

      Several test are failing because the data in the stage environment being not being 100% predictable. In the hopes of getting more consistent data we want to mark these tests with the markers '@pytest.mark.ephemeral' & '@pytest.mark.ephemeral_only' to ensure these tests to run in the ephemeral environment.  The following tests should receive this marker: 

      *Test_validate_sum_of_all_sockets_for_non_virt_skus 

      *Test_validate_sum_of_all_sockets_for_virt_who_skus

      Test_verify_sku_without_contract_for_contract_product

      These tests also have been failing due to other issues but should be resolved with card SWATCH-4108
