This epic tracks the complete decommissioning of the rhsm-subscriptions-egress service. The egress service is no longer used upstream - its original use case has been replaced by Floorist queries for Telesense, and our Snowflake integration will take a different implementation path.

The rhsm-subscriptions-egress job has been failing in production for an extended period (SWATCH-4024) and creates noise in the alerts channel.

• Add delete: true to rhsm-subscriptions-egress resource template targets in app-interface deploy.yml files
• Add delete: true to rhsm-subscriptions-egress-post-deploy-tests target in post-deploy-tests.yaml
• Verify deployments are removed from stage and prod environments
• Confirm swatch-tally service continues to function normally

Repository cleanup and archival

• Archive or delete the rhsm-subscriptions-egress repository
• Remove any CI/CD configurations specific to egress
• Clean up any remaining Tekton pipelines or workflows
• Update any documentation that references the repository

Remove references from app-interface and CI/CD configurations

• Remove any remaining egress references from app-interface configurations
• Clean up any unused environment variables or secrets
• Remove egress-specific monitoring and alerting rules
• Update any deployment scripts or automation that references egress
