The new test framework does not propagate tags of single test scenarios to the report.

For example:

@Tag("unhappy")

cannot be found anywhere in the XML report.
This prevent us from filtering test scenarios by tag.
Note: this problem does not affect the ability of running tests based on their tags.

A good starting point could be to see differences between IQE test reports and Java testing framework reports.
 
Acceptance Criteria: * Tests in the Report Portal are tagged according to Junit tags.
