      Currently the test reports uploaded to Report Portal shows personal information, despite them being uploaded though pipelines.

      We want impersonal uploads.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Data Router and other automated upload are updated with a team-wide user.
      • New test uploads made through pipelines show something like "swatch-team" as reference person.
