For test report upload we are using the OIDC account smqe-datarouter.

Evaluate if it is what we want and, moreover, what we have control on.

If not, create a new account following the Data Router documentation.

The subject of the Service Account that could be used is /O=rhds/OU=serviceaccounts/UID=insightsrhsm-qe

Acceptance Criteria:

• Swatch Team and Data Router Team agree upon the use of one account.
• The account chosen is used in the current test reports upload implementation.
• The test reports upload behaves as usual.
  • Put focus on who is the assignee of the report uploaded (should be impersonal).
