In preparation for updating the nightly tally process to tally based on events produced from HBI, we need a test plan to ensure that the results of the new/current processes achieve the same results.

Acceptance Criteria

• Current IQE test remain as is to cover legacy tally.
• Any test gaps are identified and documented (both pre-existing and new gaps introduced by tally process changes)
• Test plan should be based on migrating existing nightly tally tests over to the new test framework
  • Potential challenges, if any, are identified
• Test plan is created by a dev/qe member to spread the knowledge.
