      Port a single swatch-metrics-hbi component test from IQE to the new component test framework. The goal is to have the new test structure configured with a single reliably passing test that can be run locally and against EE.

       

      *Acceptance Criteria: *

      • Folder structure exists under swatch-metrics-hbi for new component tests.
      • A single test has been ported and runs in local and ephemeral environments.
      • Test runs are reliably in all environments without flaky behavior.
