SWATCH-3819 has updated eslint to version 9. This isn't currently supported in the app-interface ci-int PR pipeline. https://github.com/RedHatInsights/cicd-tools/blob/main/frontends/lint.sh

There is a github action that runs lint on every PR. Therefore we can disable the lint check from the ci-int pipeline.
