As a Quality Engineer, I'd like to request comprehensive documentation for the rhsm-subscriptions-plugin pipelines. This effort will help us identify gaps and areas for future improvements. Please update the existing "in-scope" documentation  and create a new, detailed document covering the pipelines in their entirety.

Be sure to consult with team to ensure we have all pipelines covered.
