This is a follow-up from SWATCH-3625 

Update the tests:

• test_umb_product_sync_topic
  to work locally.  It needs to be able to read from a mock message queue
  The component tests should pass when run locally following the steps on https://inscope.corp.redhat.com/docs/default/Component/swatch-internal-docs/IQE/IQE%20local%20setup/
