This is a follow-up from SWATCH-3625 

Update the tests to mockout the product_api:

• test_get_billing_account_ids_current_month_boundary_via_subscription
• test_get_billing_account_ids_via_subscription
• test_get_billing_account_ids_no_product_tag

The following rest call needs to return a mocked product: mock/product/products/MW02393/tree
