This is a follow-up from SWATCH-3625 

Update the test setups to mock out the product used:

• test_get_aws_usage_context
• test_get_azure_usage_context
• test_get_rhm_usage_context (removed Red Hat Marketplace)

currently failing because the mock hasn't been setup: mock/product/products/MW02393/tree

The component tests should pass when run locally following the steps on https://inscope.corp.redhat.com/docs/default/Component/swatch-internal-docs/IQE/IQE%20local%20setup/

Acceptance criteria:
The following should pass
iqe tests plugin rhsm_subscriptions -k test_get_aws_usage_context
iqe tests plugin rhsm_subscriptions -k test_get_azure_usage_context
