This is a follow-up from SWATCH-3625 

Update the test setup for:

• test_contracts_api_get_contract_filter
  to create the mock product.

The component tests should pass when run locally. Setup: on https://inscope.corp.redhat.com/docs/default/Component/swatch-internal-docs/IQE/IQE%20local%20setup/

Acceptance criteria:
`iqe tests plugin rhsm_subscriptions -k test_contracts_api_get_contract_filter` should pass
