As a developer, if I wanted to rewrite swatch-contracts from scratch, I need to know what test cases I need to check to make sure I didn't break anything and it still has the same funcitonality as it does today.

An example from a previous efforts of what this could look like can be found here and can be incorporated into the deliverables for this issue.

Done Criteria:

• The team has collaborated in identifying the responsibilities belong to the swatch-contracts component
• Documentation exists in plain language that details use cases that need to be tested related to the swatch-contracts component (IQE requirements linked to test cases? readme for the service?)
