The test passes locally when we connect to stage. Both me and Trayvon tried from our machines. Potentially it seems like there is something wrong with the user account clean up https://jenkins-csb-smqe-stage.dno.corp.redhat.com/job/automation-account-cleanup/30063/console.  This card needs a QE person to investigate since they might have more insight on why it only fails for ibutsu and also if the user account cleanup is an issue or not.

Acceptance criteria:

• Find the issue and share with the team.
• Fix the issue if its something to do with vault?
• Enable test test_validate_sum_of_all_sockets_for_virt_who_skus
