The bump quarkusVersion from 3.21.3 to 3.22.1 done in https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/pull/4446 is causing the swatch-common-panache module to fail when building for the following reason:

I didn't check if the issue is reported in upstream, but as we are aware Quarkus and Gradle does not work as well as with Maven, we decided to migrate to Maven in SWATCH-3346.

So, we need to on hold this bump until we migrate to Maven.
