The sonar plugin is used to push the jacoco data files to sonar and to run static analysis of the code.

Note that the sonar analysis was removed when moving from the Jenkis PR to the GitHub Actions, and I think we want to migrate it to Konflux. However, this task is to just migrate the sonar Gradle plugin to Maven, not to configure the CI.

Acceptance Criteria

• Configure the sonar Maven plugin
• Write instructions about how to test it to see the analysis and code coverage using a local sonar instance.
