As a developer I need to migrate the existing deprecated components, like select and dropdown, as a base for the upcoming move from PF5 to PF6.

Acceptance criteria

• Remove and replace any/all deprecated PF5 components
  • Select, Dropdown base work as proofing and testability
  • Select, Dropdown final work once proofing is established

Assumptions and questions

• Dropdown links are now underlined on staging with the PF6 Chroming update
• Focus on select/dropdown components that aren't primary to the user experience, such as usage, category, and sla
• The move from PF4 to PF5 was highlighted by padding and margin issues. We expect similar issues in the move from PF5 to PF6
• Collaborate with cost management as needed because they're going through the same thing.
