In order to correlate test logs with other services (both swatch components and external services we depend on) we need timestamps to be included in the logging format used by iqe tests.

The timestamp is part of the log format when running IQE from the command line and in the rhsm-subscriptions-pr-check output.  However, it is missing from the iqe.log that Ibutsu has.  The owner of this card will need to investigate why Ibutsu is using a different logging format.  There will also need to be some investigation into ensuring the correct format is/will be enabled in Konflux.

AC:

• Find defined log format for the iqe-rhsm-subscription-plugin (might be defined at the iqe-core level - looks like this 2025-04-21 15:35:30)
• Timestamps in logs need to appear in the iqe.log file in Ibutsu in the same format (and in the same timezone)
