To avoid that all the swatch producer services handle all the messages from the topic "platform.rhsm-subscriptions.billable-usage-hourly-aggregate", we need to properly configure the group-id, so messages with billing provider AWS will only be handled by the swatch producer AWS, and the same for the rests.

Therefore, set the group-id when producing/consuming the aggregations to ensure the SWATCH producer RedHat/AWS/Azure service only consumes the messages that are for them.
