Modify Azure producer to emit additional BillableUsageStatus information as per the new flow requirements.

New fields to add from the azure marketplace response:

• usageEventId
• dimension
• planId
• resourceId
• effectiveStartTime

These fields should be maintained

• AggregateId
• RemittanceIds - R1, R2, R3
• ErrorCode
• Status
• Billing_provider
• billing_account_id

Done:

• Azure producer updated to emit BillableUsageStatus details.
• No disruption to existing data or status flow.
