Modify AWS producer to emit additional BillableUsageStatus information as per the new flow requirements.

Add the following fields from the aws marketplace response to the BillableUsageStatus message 

• Customerreference_id
• MeteringRecordId
• Timestamp
• dimension

These are already included and should be maintained:

• AggregateId
• RemittanceIds - R1, R2, R3
• ErrorCode
• Status
• Billing_provider
• billing_account_id

Done:

• AWS producer updated to emit BillableUsageStatus details.
• No disruption to existing data or status flow.
