The export of subscriptions was implemented as part of SWATCH-2021 and SWATCH-2023 (epic SWATCH-86).

Since the idea is to delete the subscription sync service, we need to also port this functionality to the swatch contracts.

Acceptance Criteria

• We need to decide if to move the classes (keeping the GIT history and only one implementation for the same feature) vs copy the classes and then remove (we would duplicate the implementation for stability reasons and make use of unleash to use the one from subscription sync or the one from swatch contracts.
