The swatch producer aws and swatch metrics services should be configured as the rest of the swatch services in regards of logging configuration. This is to print the traces not in json format.

Acceptance Criteria

• Configure the logging in plain format for swatch producer aws and swatch metrics
• Double check that the logging will work the same when ingesting the traces into splunk
