Azure should not be a valid parameter for this test. Ansible does not support azure marketplace. 

Done Criteria:

• Fix helper get_swatch_non_contract_payg_products() to get all the correct products based on billing provider.
• Make sure Ansible is not being tested with Azure anywhere else in IQE.
