The API documentation at https://developers.redhat.com/api-catalog/api/rhsm-subscriptions is missing the new v2 API endpoints. This card is to figure out how to add the V2 API to that page. 

Acceptance Criteria

• API including V1 & V2 endpoints are included in the API catalog
• Documentation of how this is done in the swatch-repo if it is reasonable to have publicly viewable or in confluence if not.
