As a UI maintainer I need to clean up any remaining references to "preview" and "beta" url paths.

Consoledot is migrating away from the use of the "preview", "beta" path towards a beta feature flag.

Assumptions and questions

• Curiosity only ever used a configuration/dotenv param "path" value. This "path" reference is no longer necessary and can be removed when the platform removes the path reference.
• Remove the github action build integration check for "beta"
• Confirm and update any CONTRIBUTING.md references in regards to the UI release process
• Confirm the CCS/docs references don't require the path
• Scan/search for remaining references of "preview" and "beta"
• Confirm the QE team is still aware of the consoledot path removal, mmusil
