As a user, the graphs that Swatch shows make it difficult for me to understand how much capacity I have left.

For instance (example: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/48599245?key=f3f4b44db5383c94ab539f5156b1a040), the user should be given a prompt/card/etc that shows them having $X [of $Y] sockets remaining so that they can understand if they can deploy more workloads.

It would be expected that as the user adds/removes filters, the amount of "sockets remaining" would change (similar to the chart, and systems|subscriptions table) as well.

Previous mock-ups on this work were done here (https://www.figma.com/proto/23cSYrHgJqALUX2lhycFzw/Updating-Subs-Watch-layouts?node-id=14-6991&t=i0RkIrtRDyJ6AqGf-0&scaling=min-zoom&page-id=0%3A1) and we have previous art re: ROSA-HCP that we can copy.
