GUI - Add a new test case to cover ROSA subscription table

      Adding a ROSA SKU is not enough to get it displayed in the UI, the account needs to have a contract as well. Check https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SWATCH-2520 for steps to create one.

      This test could eventually use the account created as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SWATCH-2498
