We create subscriptions twice one when we get a UMB subscription message and during contract creation. We should reconcile it to one contract. 
This issue is similar to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SWATCH-2482 but, it should cover for all marketplaces.
Question: What should be the start date and end date?

Subscription UMB:

The subscription sync doesn't sync subscription created by contract but, only does the sync for the first record.

Outcome:

• There should be only one subscription from subscription or contract
• Subscription sync should update correctly
• Capacity should show correctly.
