We should be able to remove the uom and instead use only metric id when we call 
getSkuCapacityReport api.
 
Expected outcome:

• org.candlepin.subscriptions.resource.SubscriptionTableController#capacityReportBySku no longer references UOM
• /subscriptions/products/{product_id}?metric_id=value should return correct sku capacity report without a need uom.
