The existing contracts-client is based on Spring Boot dependencies. So, we need to create a new module for Quarkus.
Moreover, we would also need to copy the stubs to have also this functionality in place. See what was done in https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/pull/3234 for the products-client.

• Create the contracts-client for Quarkus.
• Copy the stubs.
