As a UI maintainer I need to update the current links on the subscriptions landing page to take me to the product-specific usage pages, not the product marketing pages.

Assumptions / Questions:

• Evidence: x of 7 users expected the card to take them to their usage.

Step 1: Validate Icons for OpenShiftAI and ACS exist

• if not remove all icons

Step 2:
RHEL Product Card Link: RHEL Usage Page
OpenShift Product Card Link: OpenShift Usage Page
Replace Ansible card with OpenShift AI Card: Link to OpenShift AI usage page
Replace 'View More' card with ACS: Link to ACS usage page.
