Acceptance Criteria

Remove the “org.candlepin.subscriptions.subscription”, “org.candlepin.subscriptions.product” (??), and “org.candlepin.subscriptions.capacity” package from the monolith
Remove the "capacity-ingress" profile from configuration and documentation
Remove the "swatch-subscription-sync" clowadpp (it might be needed to manually do this in stage/prod)
Update the build-images, deployment scripts
