Update truststore with new subscription service certificate

      It shouldn't require an outage, as we can just append to our truststore, rather than replace it.

      From Jan 18, 2024 email:

      Subscription service’s v1 server certificates are expiring in February 2024. We will be replacing both our non-prod and prod certs with v2 certificates created using the Red Hat Certificate Authority v2 during our CY24Q1SP3 sprint (starting 1/31/24)

       

      In order to avoid service interruption, it is critical that your subscription service clients trust the new RHCSv2 root CA certificate. Please ensure that this certificate has been added to your truststore at your earliest possible convenience.
